Health is define as a state of complete mental and physical well being. A good health is real pleasure of life. It is also known as the ability to adjust physical, mental and social challenges through life. “health is wealth” is a famous saying which means health is everything. Being healthy means we are social, mental, physical and spiritual fit. If we are not healthy, wealth means nothing to us. Health is our real wealth. We can achieve everything if our health is well. Without health life is burden.


Italian Trulli Health is most important part of our life. Our happiness depends on our health condition. A healthy person can lead a happy and joyful life under all circumstances. Good health comes from knowing, the needs and requirement of the body. To maintain a good health we need to take proper care of our hygiene, do regular physical exercise , proper sleep, good thoughts and balanced diet etc. A good health provide us freedom from all the sickness and diseases.


A healthy mind resides in a health body. Nowday’s people keep on doing a lot work and do not take proper diet, due to this ignorance, the end up running their health. The loss of good health causes loss of all the happiness.
There is nothing more important than good health  in our life. Man of good health can enjoy each and every moment of happiness throughout in his life. As per the saying of Buddha  “Every human being is the author of his own health.” So we have to balance our physical and mental health to be  successful in our life.

Corona virus  is an infectious disease. It is discovered in china in the year 2019.Corona viruses are the large family of virus which may cause illness in animals and humans.

Most  people inflected with COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.  Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.
The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).
